Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:
 • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
 • International: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs
 • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise during a free shipping promotion.
 • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including cases of returns or exchanges.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
⚠️ Please note: We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
 • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
 • We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 • If a package is returned because the customer was unavailable or refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
 • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered.”
 • If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. International Shipping & Customs
 • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
 • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
